THE IDEA
Simulation is the imitation of the operation of a real-world process or system over time.
.The act of simulating something first requires that a model be developed; this model represents the key characteristics or behaviours of the selected physical or abstract system or process. The model represents the system itself, whereas the simulation represents the operation of the system over time.
Simulation is used in many contexts, such as simulation of technology for performance optimization, safety engineering, testing, training, education, and video games.
Training simulators include flight simulators for training aircraft pilots to provide them with a lifelike experience.
Simulation is also used with scientific modelling of natural systems or human systems to gain insight into their functioning.
Simulation can be used to show the eventual real effects of alternative conditions and courses of action. Simulation is also used when the real system cannot be engaged, because it may not be accessible, or it may be dangerous or unacceptable to engage, or it is being designed but not yet built, or it may simply not exist.
Key issues in simulation include acquisition of valid source information about the relevant selection of key characteristics and behaviours, the use of simplifying approximations and assumptions within the simulation, and fidelity and validity of the simulation outcomes.
Virtualization
Enhancement of 3D models and environmental elements for simulation application is required to create synthetic environment. Environmental element such as wind, rain, shadow, fog, smoke and sea state, and customized viewport to represent different camera effect like night vision can be tailored upon requirement of the simulation application.

Every entity in the real world is quite unique such as building, tree, vehicle, and equipment. In order to simulate high fidelity of simulation, each item is required to be built as a detailed 3D model. Our solution is capable of creting high resolution of 3D model, and built on widely used real time 3D format. |

OUR PRODUCT
Advanced Tactical and Combat Simulation–Army (ATaCS-A), is our simulation and training system developed on simulation framework. ATaCS-A interoperates weapon systems simulation, sensor propagation algorithms, vehicle dynamics modeling, and other simulation models in a cohesive simulated environment. It is capable to prototype virtual or planned forces and simulate their effectiveness and efficiency in a simulated environment.
The inevitable automation of exercises will demand interoperability. ATaCS-A can link to external simulators, as well as third-party software and hardware via open standards such as DIS, HLA or CIGI.
Our simulation platform supports integration with an associated Artificial Intelligence (AI) . The AI makes it easy to accurately model complex human & vehicular behavior including ground navigation that can easily scale from a single, intelligent entity to large crowds with autonomous and group behaviours.
Advanced Tactical and Combat Simulation – Army (ATaCS-A) is a customizable battle simulation system built specifically for Army Training. In order to execute Command Post Exercise (CPX) military personnel are required to evaluate and analyze operational plan. ATaCS-A is capable to support exercise from individual entity (a soldier) up to Corps level inclusive of joint and combined exercises.
ATaCS-A is designed to provide tactical and operational training and planning for commanders and staffs. The operational and strategic level of ATaCS-A can be interfaced and distributed to other simulation via HLA/DIS.
Today’s armies are facing new challenges that place increasing importance on training. In addition to traditional military actions, armies are now involved in operations other than war (OOTW), joint and multi-national operations, network centric warfare, military operations in Built up Area (OBUA), asymmetric warfare, catastrophe support operations and more.
These varied operational requirements have made transformation of military forces necessary. Combine with the unpredictable nature of these operations with the fact that real training exercises are constrained by high costs and environmental concerns, constructive simulation is the perfect solutions to the said problem.

ATaCS-RT is a simulation within ATaCS product family to cater specific artillery combat operation simulation. ATaCS-RT can be linked to external simulators, as well as third-party software and hardware via common standards or protocols such as DIS, HLA or CIGI.
ATaCS-RT support observer location with binocular view and various mode of firing. The hit and error probability ATaCS-RT can be linked seamlessly into ATaCS-A for bigger exercise.
