Hardware Support and Maintenance

Maintenance is done to correct a problem and restore the equipment to good working order. Service calls are unlimited for corrective maintenance. Remedial hardware support task includes:

The scope of support does not include additional new installations, upgrading and relocating of equipment. Additional support requirement can be delivered on time and material basis or a lump-sum project basis. However, we are willing to undertake modifications to the components of the equipment if such modifications are necessary as of repair.


Application/ Software Support and Maintenance

Fixing faults due to configuration, software bugs or software corrupt. BIT is also capable on Reviewing systems configuration, performance data, database utilization and storage utilization and make tuning and adjustment where necessary.
