Nature of business
This 100% full subsidiary of the BIT Group of companies was established in 2011, as the vehicle company to undertake the implementation of Fibre-to-the-Home (FTTH) technical installation and High-Speed Broad Band (HSBB) initiation services. The outsourcing services are being offered 7-days a week, to major Telco players in the country through the provision of highly-skilled technicians, equipped with industry-grade original toolsets and equipment, communications set, and safety gears. The company also operates a fleet of commercial vehicles provided to its technician teams for ensured mobility and complete toolsets on-the-go in every service work.
Each of our technicians cum installers is fully qualified and has been certified and accredited by certification agencies such as the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), Telco training centres; and has obtained On- Job Assessments certifications for their installation service work quality.
Apart from the technical-related training to ensure a high competency in their work, our technicians have also been given basic customer servicing training to enable courteous handling of customer issues at the front-line.
All service works are centrally monitored by BIT’s own command centre, backed by a strong project management team at the headquarters. Ready back-up teams are at hand to roll-out immediately and assist our field technicians, to ensure no job remains unfinished or unserviced. Quality of work is assured through continuous quality assessment audits being carried out, as well as through constant re-training of the workforce.
Starting from the Klang Valley, the company’s outsourcing services will grow to cover most major cities and towns nationwide.

We currently have more than 50 capable teams and growing, and will eventually cover most major cities and towns nationwide.
Experience (major project)
The company is currently one of the three major outsourcing companies who were awarded in 2011 by Malaysia’s foremost Telecommunications company to undertake the supply and delivery of HSBB service installations nationwide. Through the same contract, the company is also undertaking the supply and delivery of FTTH (HSBA) service installations for other Telcos. The company is expected to expand up to 150 teams under the contract in order to fulfil the rising demands for FTTH.
