The TM IPVPN concept is to link, manage and connect businesses anywhere with minimal cost.

Network Operation Centre
Present 24x7 Network Operation Centre (NOC) and Security Operation Centre (SOC) that aligned with TM’s standard of modus operandi. Our NOC can monitor both Voice Systems and multi-service Data networks so you are alerted of any irregularities present within your environment. We are the first level support that engaged with TM NOC to monitor networrk and ensure IPvpn Service Level Agreements are being met. BIT utilize the powerful Network Monitoring Tools that capable in verifies network connectivity to devices and application services, revealing accessibility and network latency. Our Network Operation Officer have at least basic Network certification such as CCNA and have direct access to 3-tier level which ease the process of escalation

Our consulting team has involved in provide consulting services to Govermental ICT and telecommunication insfrastructure studies as well as commercial sectors.The Network consultancy will improve the deployment and implementation of IPVPN in terms of Clients Infrastructure.

Cabling Management
Before implementing ipvpn, the infrastructure should be ready. BIT provide a comprehensive cabling management. The purpose of cable management is twofold which to support the cables whilst being routed through the building from Point A to B (often called containment), and to make subsequent management of the cables through the lifetime of the installation easier. Cabling involve the coordination of internal wiring and the right path of cabling.
With the supervision of TM, BIT not only supply fiber optic but also supply and install PVC conduit,flexiable PVC and clear existing fiber optic and make good finishing job.
